Ample free street parking is available on Virginia St. and Park St. (perpendicular to Virginia St.). Metered parking is available on Delaware Ave. and Elmwood Ave.
Please arrive promptly at your appointment time. Remove your shoes and proceed to our waiting room on the second floor.
There is a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice.
